2019 policies

  • all potential artist or vendor is required to fill out an application provided below

  • applications are approved on a case-by-case basis

  • applicants will be notified of status within 72 hours

  • applicants may be waitlisted due to too many of the same or occupancy has reached

  • FOOD PERMITS FROM THE CITY OF DALLAS MUST BE PROVIDED BY food trucks

  • payment must be submitted via paypal to paypal.me/joshuaflorence4 payment will not be processed until notified of acceptance

  • Premium locations are available

Artist*: $150

FOOD TRUCK: $250 (+10% of sales)

  • 10 X 10 TENT

  • 8’ TABLE

  • 2 CHAIRS

  • ACCESS TO ELECTRICITY

  • 2 COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS

Items Provided *
(1) 10' x 10' tent, (1) 8' table, (2) chairs and electricity are included in my fee. I understand that I am responsible to provide everything else.
Wristbands *
(2) Wristbands are provided to artists, vendors, food trucks for those working the festival to be used at the discretion of the vendor.
Cancellation *
Vendors wishing to cancel this agreement must submit in writing to vendors@homegrownfest.com. Cancellation must be received no later than April 5, 2019. Homegrown Music and Arts Festival reserves the right to refuse a refund after this date. ALL refunds are on a case-by-case basis
Payment *
Payment must be submitted via PayPal to paypal.me/joshuaflorence4. Payment will not be processed until notified of acceptance
