  • ACCEPTANCE or WAIT LIST notices ARE ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS AND WILL BE SHARED with APPLICAnts WITHIN 72 HOURS. 

  • WE HAVE EARLY BIRD DISCOUNTS for the first 8 vendors to sign up (excluding food trucks)

  • payment must be submitted via paypal at paypal.me/homegrownfestvendors or email: sierra@homegrownfest.com with submission of application. (payment will not be processed until notified of acceptance.)

  • ALL submissions are considered until spaces are filled.

  • SPONSOR PACKAGES CAN BE REQUESTED FROM: sierra@homegrownfest.com . If you are interested in ELEVATED BRAND visibility and perks, this is for you.

  • WE ALREADY HAVE A PRINT + T-SHIRT PARTNERSHIP WITH PRINTED THREADS.

Cancellation *
Vendors wishing to cancel this agreement must submit in writing to sierra@homegrownfest.com. Cancellation must be received no later than March 7, 2016. Old 97's County Fair reserves the right to refuse a refund after this date. ALL refunds are on a case-by-case basis
Wristbands *
Wristbands are provided to artists, vendors, food trucks for those working the festival to be used at the discretion of the vendor in the following amounts.
